Li.

I am a UX designer who is fascinated about the enormous possibilities of the interaction between people and technology. With Psychology and HCI education background, I'm good at perceiving human nature & behaviors, and using analytical thinking to synthesize information and identify salient points. Having worked at both startup and enterprise, I'm skilled at applying user-centered design to create intuitive digital experience, thinking about both user and business values. With my skills, I hope to build a bridge between people and technology, and bring real joy and convenience to people's life.

  • Autonomously lead and complete multiple complex UX design projects. Responsibilities include defining vision and strategy, managing stakeholder communications and getting alignment across teams.

  • Optimize work process with product, dev, visual, content and user research teams using Design Thinking and Lean UX mindset. Create shared knowledge, refine business goals and streamline end to end user experience.

  • Mentor other UX designers and oversee their work. Facilitate regular design review and working sessions for sharing feedback and experiences to improve usability and consistency.
